Payment Terms

Photography session deposits are required to confirm bookings and reserve production time. Remaining balances, if applicable, are due according to the project agreement between Metti Art Photography and the client.

Intellectual Property Rights

All photography, creative assets, edited media, digital files, branding materials, and studio content remain the intellectual property of Metti Art Photography unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or commercial use of studio content is prohibited without written permission.

Project Timelines

Project timelines, editing schedules, and final deliverables vary depending on project scope, revisions, client communication, and production requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Metti Art Photography shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of services, delays, technical issues, or circumstances outside of reasonable control.

Acceptable Use

Clients agree not to use the website, studio services, or delivered content for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or prohibited activities.

Violation of these terms may result in cancellation of services without refund.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from services provided by Metti Art Photography shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication between both parties prior to legal action.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Pricing & Revisions

Final project pricing may vary depending on production complexity, revisions, licensing requirements, commercial usage rights, and additional creative services requested by the client.
